Where's the best place to get a DC5 insured?

I've tried the usual, Dirct Line, Tesco's etc and they don't seem to know what it is

Cheers

tesco will do if you get the right person and explain to them exactly what it is

if the person u talking to dont know tell them to ask around someone will as alot of people insure DC5s with them!

I'm 38 with 5yrs NCD and a clean-ish licence and yet when I rang Tesco's cos they were meant to be reasonable for DC5's they quoted me 1200 quid  which Adrian Flux couldn't even touch :shock: and he's supposed to be specialist, then I read on the board about some really good quotes from Direct Line for peeps younger than me so I tried them myself and got a quote of 650 so cheers for that one lads cos I'm well chuffed with that! :D:D:D
The bloke on the fone actually said that they were able to do really good quotes cos they are fully aware of the models that Honda make and what they are - probably referring in contrast to the likes of Scoobies and such as there's always new special editions and subsequent increases in HP which are hard to keep track of!

I have to say, Direct line are good for me considering my mods and still under the big 30

Over £500 cheaper than last yr, even though I have more serious mods now as well :D

Wonder if I can beat it :?: :?: :?: :?:

I'm currently 28, soon 29.

Was paying £1850, but all mods declared with Tesco.

Davis only can do good quotes, once you have owned the car a year.
