Blimmin' Puncture Ruins Day/Week

One small 3/4" screw in the shoulder of one of my rear tyres
(Yokohama A046's,not available over here as far as I have searched and begged)
means I've got to replace the Foo Kyn lot of 'em. :evil: :evil:

Unfortunately this also means I'm now NOT trooping off to Cadwell with the rest of the guys. :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil:

Just replace the back two, or which ever has the punchure and get to cadwell you loafer

"The fact that the screw is in the shoulder of the tyre means any patch would move when hard cornering",is effectively what I was told.

I also want to have the same tread on each corner to keep the same balance when tracking (Mark,note your off at Donnington :wink: )

I like everything to be safe on my car so I can be sure to trust it.
That's why I pootled off home halfway through the Snetterton day after the oilcap blew.

To save money I ordered:
4x Toyo Proxes T1-S' from My Tyres @ £326 delivered

I'll just have to go to the next one

Get the new Toyo T1-R's. They are available and will replace the T1-S's.

Just done a search for T1-R's and Camskill Performance popped up with a great price on them @ £93 each

They are running out the T1-S' @ £77 or £295 for 4

VAT & delivery are INCLUDED in all prices

Cheapest I've seen but unfortunately My Tyres has already despatched
my order and its a pain to refuse delivery and claim my money back after.(also I never use credit only my own cash and I'm a bit low)

Hi Rob,

a) Just got tyres today,will have 3 spare by this afternoon

b) They've only done 4500 miles but have done a few track days,yet
they have still got lots of tread left especially the rear left (I'll try and
sort you a pic)

c) I'm not sure.It was mentioned in another thread that they should.
