Blue sticker in rear screen.

I was always on the understanding that this was put in the window after the modification was completed when they had their recall.

A lot of them are parking permits. I took all mine off apart from the tax(I think) as its sooo jdm

The one with the stars is a emission rating sticker as far as i know

My Barber is Japanese and asked him to translate it for me when i got the car

The blue one was applied when the car was recalled for the steering rack issue in Japan. They fitted spacers and a crush washer to the 2 mounting bolts if I remember correctly.

Yes the little blue one on the lower left side of the rear screen is confirming that the car has had the call back modification to the steering rack. Its a washer with a tab on it to stop the bolt coming loose.
