bonnet, sensor clippy thing

Hi there, had a wee bit of trouble the other day with my alarm going off at 4am! thought it was a little strange... them my alarm was giving me a hi pitch sound when locking it.....ummmm went out in it last night with my door light on....opening and shutting doors only to find the little knob under the bonnet was causing my problem!

now for the question

the knob it held in place by a wee white plastic holder...... are they DC5 unique? i wouldnt have thought so but if anyone knows where i can get one from, you will be my best bud for about a day! hehehehe

I had a problem with a bonnet pin so my alarm wouldn't arm.

Changed the bonnet pin & job was a goodun :wink:

Take it to your local car radio/alarm fitters & they'll change it over for a drink
