What brake system would you think i should put on my teg. I am thinking about getting all 4 brake discs replaced. Slotted or cross drilled is the question?

check out www.buybrakes.com the Brembo section they go into a lot of detail about the different brake systems and what would be best for your lifestyle.
Also you do not have to choose between slotted or cross drilled you can have both.

I will be upgrading my brakes soon, looking towards an AP Racing 4 piston caliper (was gonna get the DC5R brembo, but would rather get this instead! 
)
If you track alot better brakes is the way to go!
My stock caliper + Motul 5.1, SS brake hose, Hawk HP+ feels soft n mushy after a few laps...
