Hi all,
I'm new to the site and have previously owned an ep2. I'm now a little older and can afford to insure a k20. After already owning an EP, I think it's time for a new shape and a DC is the direction id like to go.

A bit of a teg newbie It'd be nice if you guys could educate me in what to look for when buying one, faults etc so I'm aware what to look for.

Cheers, Matt

As above really.

Most of it is common sense which you would apply to any car you buy.

You're obviously already familiar with Honda so no need to tell you to check oil level when buying. I'd also expect to see a top up bottle somewhere. Again common sense.

Good history from the likes of Grinspeed, TGM, TDi etc. would be a Brucey Bonus.

If you go down the import route you have Andy @BHPImports, the guys down at Torque GT and JDMFresh who are on this forum. And if you do import, budget an extra £500 or so in case anything needs doing on arrival. Tyres, brakes etc.
