Hi, looking to get an alarm fitted on a pfl dc5 that has OEM remote central locking.

Can anyone recommend a good cat 1 system and any good installers?

Thanks in advance

I have a Toad AI606 on my pfl, I also had the additional tilt/motion sensor fitted

It‘s a good alarm and I definitely recommend it

I had mine done in Stafford, if you local enough or want to travel I can pass the details on to you

+1 for the Toad AI606, decent alarm, nice and simple, all I wanted.

Got mine fitted by Southern Car Security for £240, if you‘re down south...

Another recommendation for Miguel at Southern Car Security, nice fella, good job and he was happy to deal with any follow up questions. My Toad AI606 was £245+VAT though.

I work at a car accessory retailer and we install Sterling, Toad and Sigma systems.

The Toad AI606 is a great entry level alarm with all the features you need. I personally chose the Sigma S30 as the module is more compact and the remote is, in my opinion more period for the age of the vehicle.

Either way you can't go wrong, the Toad is a great choice, we literally never have trouble with them, very much a tried and tested system.
