Everything working as it should this morning. Just go to the car press alarm fob and only the alarm unsetting beep and no central locking noise. I unlocked the drivers side door and only that opened. Both doors unlock manually but boot won't.

Any ideas as I'm meant to be picking up someone from the airport tonight and need the boot for luggage. fuses look ok.

Any suggestions that will help appreciated

EDIT: Full symptoms -
central locking not working but can unlock each door manually with the key,
handbrake light stays on all the time,
intermittent wipers not working but work manually,
interior light not working on middle setting when doors open but works on the on/off switch positions
air conditioning not working yet blowers still work and can still turn the a/c on/off with the button but the a/c doesnt ever kick in
the seatbelt light/doors open light/low fuel lights don't ever light up in the in dash clusters.

Ok a couple of other things....

1) the interior light works on the on position but doesn't work in the middle position when either door is open like it should

2) the handbrake light stays on even after I take the handbrake off (have topped up brake fluid but its not that)

Sounds similar to mine with the interior light, mine turned out to be a loose wire earthing itself out behind the dash

Ok im in the car now. Really struggling to find anything obviously loose or out of place. Does anyone know where the handbrake switch cable runs to under the dash without me having to strip the interior to trace it?

Ok I think I've narrowed it down to the multiplex in the under dash fuse box.

Just for completeness if anyone else ever has this problem you need to change the under dash fuse box. Honda want £317+vat. I got one from integrastella on ebay for £45 delivered and everything works perfect once again. So if you have those specific symptoms when your central locking goes its the multiplex control unit thats gone wrong and you need to change the under dash fuse box which has the MCU built into it.

Im just reading up on your comments, ive had a problem central locking, it started with the passenger door, that wouldnt unlock with the fob only with the key but the driver door and boot would, but now both doors dont unlock only the boot, ive been to a specialist and they tell me the door motors have gone? do you think ive got the same problem as you?
Thanks

Sorry just seen this, guessing you must have got it sorted now. My issue was specifically including the other problems which are listed below. If you had these problems as well then 100% it was the same as my problem, without them then i guess it was a door/locking issue.

central locking not working but can unlock each door manually with the key,
handbrake light stays on all the time,
intermittent wipers not working but work manually,
interior light not working on middle setting when doors open but works on the on/off switch positions
air conditioning not working yet blowers still work and can still turn the a/c on/off with the button but the a/c doesnt ever kick in

Hey, Im having similar symptoms to what you have said, handbrake light is on the whole time, central locking has failed and wont lock the boot or passenger door, interior light wont work on middle setting but does turn on.

Is it really down to the fusebox?

Kinda got a big problem, with the above mentioned issue, i cant lock the boot. IS there a way to lock it manually....... will i sleep tonight..... i think not

I had the same fault on my ep3 type r. Under dash fuse box earth crimp was broken. Replaced this and it was fine. This would defiantly be where I would start first!!
