ckicking noise when pulling of

Car going on ramps next week but basically when pulling of 1st to 2nd mainly when just in second the car clicks 0nce or twice then going up the gears its fine , its deffiantly coming from the front any body experinced this, doesn't do it turning wheel sounds like a stone just hitting the exhaust , best way I can describe it , my guess maybe engine mount , tried searching but nothing really stands out , car drives and handles faultless but its one of those annoying things , :-k

Have you got an engine torque dampener fitted? If so then it's probably that.

No torque damper fitted adam tom at tgm says very rare for cv joint to go so I guess no one knows so will have to wait for the old ramps then

All fixed last week my machanic stripped driver side drive shaft reasembled , retorqued shaft , noise gone did a drop link as well mine started doing after I hit a flaming pot hole :evil: cost me £95 all in
