Clutch problems?

This is second day I feel my clutch pedal is vibrating. When I am pressing it in first gear or revers that I have to hold my foot on clutch I feel vibration under my foot. Even in gear changing witch to take a lot of time I still feel some vibration on my foot when the clutch is pressed.

Anyone had something similar? what it can be? My car is 02 with 81k km on clock.

Do you have uprated engine mounts?

Are there any other vibrations in the car? Are the other pedals OK?

Worn or warped flywheel maybe?
Vibration through the clutch pedal may suggest so...

I have stock mounts and J's damper. No other vibrations. It feels like sticky u know. Like 2 rubbers touching eachother. And vibration.
