Evening,

Well today I had the coilovers taken off my DC5 and standard shocks and springs fitted purley for comfort reasons.

Only bought the car as a fresh import a couple of weeks ago and the trader didn't know what make they actually were.

So on this I now have a complete set of coilovers for sale... As far as make etc... EL Sport shocks/coilovers with Swift 140 springs on the front and Swift 180 Springs in the rears.

I have done a liitle research on google and they seems to be popular with the Evo and GTR owners especially the springs, can't really find much on the shocks.

These are the only bit of infomation I can find at the mo... not very helpful...

Shocks..

Springs..

Any advice on these chaps???

I thank you and goodnight :)

OK woppy, as you are new i ill be a little gentle.

if you read the for sale rules you will see it says you must put a price.

i understand why you have not if you cant identify the item, in which case you should post in the suspension section asking for help to identify (which is where the post now lies)

Morning, mate I'm not really sure, the ride is pretty hard though and they are adjustable by the look of them.

Give me an hour or two and I'll upload some pics mate.

The number on swift springs is the N/mm so if i've calculated right

140N/mm = roughly 800 lbs = 14k
180N/mm = roughly 1050 lbs = 19k

I had the 140 swift spring on the front and it is very hard!

Looking at your pics you have the 140 on front and 180 on rear which would make sense, not the other way round as mentioned in first post. HTH

Thanks for the reply, still no further forward from the websites I've been looking at.

Ohh and your right, I'll correct that now.
