Hello,

I have a J's racing R60 backbox on sight and wondering if it will fit on a Mugen b-pipe* when I take off my Mugen Twinloop.

* (I haven't measured them before)

Would love to hear your opinions

Very Doubtful.

OEM backbox and Mugen B-pipe are not compatible and the Js Racing 60R backbox is made to fit the OEM B-pipe.

So if thats right I'd rather be off with a RS system that replaces the mugen b-pipe aswell?

My header is a Buddyclub, 4-2-1

Obviously depends on what you want chap,

They'll all mate up to your Buddy Club 4-2-1 but to my knowledge your options are the following;

Keep the Mugen backbox and Mugen B-pipe.

Or

Get the J's racing 60R and source a OEM B-pipe, Spoon B-pipe or have a custom one made (Circa £150)

Or

Get the J's Racing 60RS which consists of the Backbox and B-pipe.

My opinion is that custom exhausts are the best option. You can spec what you want and they are about 1/2 the price of jdm exhausts and depending on the spec you get they can even be better performing.

So my opinion foe this particular scenario is option 2 from chewy above- custom Bpipe
