Confirmation of Membership?

Hi,

My insurers want a confirmation of my membership on this site? I ahve pm'd who I believe to be Admin, but got no response a couple of weeks ago.

How can I get this proof? They are going to scrub my policy from next week?

Call Sky up, ask to speak to Jae, and confirm it on the phone. That should do it.

I had the same from sky, I sent them the confirmation e-mail i got when i joined and they seemed happy with that.

you may need to give them your member number, if i remember rightly if you put the curser over the pm icon on the bottom of your post the url on the bottom of the page includes your membership number
