Coolant hose help

Hi guys after fitting my rbc the aem cai sits a bit higher and it's made my coolant pipe tight, a littel concerned it my come off, garage tried to go under but wouldn't fit.

Could someone tell me the size of pipe I need had search & not found much, I would order some silicone But not sure on size?

You can get a replacement kit from these guys but i am guessing you will have the same issue. I still have my old OEM hoses, i will measure them for you when i get home.

Thanks Marshall that would be great. Yeah did look at eBay ones & thought the same, so will have to get one made up.

Just had a look buddy and they are 40mm width. Bear in mind they may have slightly expanded over the years.

when i had this same set up i used the original top rad hose but had to cut about 20~25mm off the AEM metal pipe and adjust the mounting brackets for it to give a little more clearance..

Sorry I just realised I put an extra zero in, will edit and remove that. 30mm internal diameter buddy as the walls are 5mm thick.

You could fit an aftermarket temp sensor into it, that would free it up a bit?
