No. One of the reasons they crack is due to the engine/gearbox assembly rotating from torque reaction under acceleration and on overrun. This stresses the manifold as one end of it is bolted to the head (which moves relative to the car), the other end is held by the mountings to the underbody and the rest of the exhaust (which doesn't move, or at least not as much).
