DC5 HID removal....?

Alright guy's,

i don't post on here much, but i'm currently building a new car, a dc5 of course!

i want to remove the hid's, does anyone have a link, or has anyone done this before?

i've had a quick look on the car, i'm pretty sure the drivers side loom in the engine bay, is the hid side of things, can anyone help or confirm?

i'm going to convert everything for standard bulbs and want to remove EVERYTHING i don't need.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

You'll need some Halogen Headlight units rather than the HID ones. They are available from Honda - around £300 + Vat. You could just bodge some H7's into the HID Headlights but you won't get a beam image that's good enough for an MOT

Yep I have different head light units, and they have h7's in too.

I have seperate relays too, but someone has been there before, and hacked about at part of the loom.

The wires they cut aren't connected to anything, so I need to find out what they are for before I insulate them.

I'm struggling to find a wiring diagram or any info though??
