DC5 numbers in UK...

Recently discovering how few DC5's are for sale on the net from one week to the next, I wondered how many DC5's were actually in the UK. Came across this site...

According to this they've actually been declining in the UK since 2009 with more and more being SORN. I think this data might also include DC2's but still... can see why it's so difficult to find one now...

The years tab also shows a total of 366 manufactured between 01-06 (DC5s) with 37 of those being SORN

Does this sound accurate to people? Always thought there were a few more about to be honest.

It's not an accurate figure.

Some are incorrectly registered and thus aren't always registered as an R

2001- 2005 Honda only manufactured 12,247 type r's JDM market, where we import from. Dont know how many went elsewhere? But I wouldnt think the % left would be very high..

I found a site that listed similar, and filtered by cc (Get rid of 1.8 / 1790cc) which gave me DC5 only. It was only about 270 or so.

It was at least 2.5 years ago I did it though.
