dc5's slowly becoming way too expensive?

Ive been looking at them on Japanese sites and they still hold good money over there. This has a knock on affect to the importers and onto our market.

You're still looking at £12 - 15k for a low mileage facelift to be imported here.

I think I lost about 1.5k on mine over 2 years, had I advertised it privately instead of part exchanging it would probably only have been around 1k. I got told when buying it that I was making a huge mistake and I should buy something newer.. (double the price, would depreciate like mad, no where near as good looks/performance wise) Thankfully the advice was ignored. Hopefully in a year or 2's time I'll pick up another one as a second car as im deffinately missing it.
