If you're importing yourself,then No it doesn't come with one and Yes,you will need to fit one.
If you buy through an importer they will generally fit one for you,always best to ask.

Dont quote me on this but I think if you import one yourself you will have to do it yourself but if you order one thru an import specialist it will be done for you.

BTW are you Dobber off the CTR forum (Halo2) ??

My CTR goes to a dealer next weekend if i cant get a buyer before then. Have sold most of the mods off it now too. Just need to find a car in the UK or get a company to get me one in from Japan,just trying to find the right one
