Doing a Full Fluid change, Help needed.

Evening all, just bought my first teg, a well looked after PFL Blue with Black interior with about 72k on the clock.

I bought the car about a week ago and im itching to buy/service/change all the fluids.

Ive already got some 5w40 Ester synthetic oil, 1.5L of RBF660, skunk2 box and sump nuts, and an oil filter.

i want to replace all the fluids in 1 go, what other fluids do i need to bring to my mechanic/whats the best for it?

AFAIK its:
Engine oil.(5w40 4.7L)
Brake Fluid.(RBF660)
Coolant. Honda fluid?(worth doing a skunk 2 rad cap??)
Clutch Fluid??
Gearbox Oil.
Washer fluid(Anglewax Screenwash)


if anyone has any info on how many litres/what oil/fluid i need that would be amazing. (maybe even make a sticky on all the fluids and where to get them from??)

4.7, or 5.1 with new filter.
5-30 or 5-40 is fine, 5-60 I'd you intend to track a lot.

Brake Fluid.(RBF660)
Yep. 1 litre for a complete change, but generally it'll be about 800ml you'll use.

Coolant. Honda fluid?(worth doing a skunk 2 rad cap??)
Cap is bling. Won't give you anything over OEM unless OEM is broken. Just holds higher pressure if driven very hard a lot of the time.

Clutch Fluid??
RBF is fine.

Gearbox Oil.
Honda mtf3 ONLY. 1.7l and get it from honda.

Washer fluid(Anglewax Screenwash)
Pass. It's wet and washes a window.

Use the fluid left over from your brakes to do the clutch, it only needs about half a bottle to do a full flush of the clutch system.

Honda coolant and PSF is long life so up to you if you want to change it.
