engine management light

I have had my car parked in my garage unused for the last 4 weeks, when when i came to start it yesterday engine management light came on(was not on when i put it in garage) so i took it 4 a quick drive and it seems to drive fine no issues what so ever so when i got back i reset ecu and then started the car and EML came back on.so i did the paper clip test and i got code 51(5 long flashes and 1 short) but that code is not on any faultcode lists so either i have mis read the flashes(although i did test a few times and each time i got the same

any help pls

just blagged a AA man who was at my next door neighbours to read the codes and it was P1166 so does this mean my lamba sensor has died??

It seems to be the most common fault. They are around £125 irc.

P1166 Heated Oxgen Sensor Sensor1 (Primary HO2S) Heater Circuit Malfunction
P1167 Air/Fuel Ratio (A/F) Sensor (Sensor 1) Heater System Malfunction
P1167 Heated Oxygen Sensor Sensor1 (Primary LAF HO2S) Heater System Malfunction

It may be fused so worth checking that before you splash the cash.

oh right is there a fuse for it??

just been and checked all fuses under dash none were faulty so looks like i'll be giving dave at steels a call on monday!!
