Ep3 crank pulley with dc5 belt?

So my crank pulley just went and is knocking against my engine block..
I can get hold of an ep3 crank pulley tomorrow, question is.. will my original belt still fit?

nobody? fitting it tomorrow at work as the car is still there.
Need to know if my belt will still fit otherwise i'll have to wait a bit longer and get a new belt

it's a different diameter, so yes I'd say you'll need a different belt.

the auto tensioner may take up the extra slack but they don't adjust far, only one way to find out is try it though.

I have an A2 engine in mine and the belt seems fine

okay so the ep3 pulley is bigger than the dc5 pulley? i thought it was smaller.. according to another forum i'd need a belt about 0.9cm shorter than the oem belt..
just going to try it and order a new pulley in the meantime.

okay so i put the ep3 crank pulley on and the marker of the auto tensioner is still at the mark!
