Excessive rear pad wear on track

cheers guys, seems like its a common enough problem. I'll be changing to hawk+ pads all round soon. My supplier is just waiting on a shipment so I just stuck in the oem rears to get me by. It could be down to my driving style aswel as I do lean hard on the brakes. I'll go whip off one of the front calipers over the xmas break and check what pads are in the front but whatever they are I dont like them as they dont bite that well and don't have a nice feel
