Exhaust manifold help!

OK guys please speak nice n simple for me as i'm not all upto scratch on manifold stuff!

Seems as if i have done something to my original manifold as i'm gettin a big wheezing noise coming out especially in vtec area so if there is anything wrong with it i'm gonna upgrade it

help me with which manifold would be the best buy please?
and prices too!!!

So far i've seen spoon and toda ones mention here?Can anyone tell me about them?

and are teh civic type r and DC5 manifolds the same?

DC5 shares the same manifold as JDM EP3 so all aftermarket performance manifolds are the same for both cars.

Actually they do not use the same manifold, this is what distinguishes the DC5's 220ps vs the EP3's 215ps. The EP3 doesn't use the 4-2-1 setup. Though yes they do share the same aftermarket manifolds.
