exhaust sizes ?

Can anynone tell me the size of the 02-04 ITR exhaust vs the 05-06 ITR exhaust ? Are they the same ?

I hear that changing the exhaust (for NA applications) would only give you 3-4 whp.....!! If that is true then it's not worth the money in my opinion.......I know the header change is a must and gives great gains but the larger aftermarket exhaust dont'.

Is this all true ?

surely it will be more like 3-5 (w)hp from an aftermarket cat back, maybe 10-15 @fly??
