Just wanting advice.. is fault code p1167 is main o2 sensor before I order? £212 from honda ouch! Thanks

yeah its usually the primary sensor, a few on here have imported and used the denso replacement part as its much cheaper option and iv not seen any problems with the non oem part

Cheers...Want it soon as possible as I don't like driving it with the light on. Think I read something a bit ago about the non oem part

Primary o2 so the first sensor.

Tegiwa do offer a discount for forum members so could work out pretty cheap.

p1167 is Air Fuel Ratio (A/F) Sensor (Sensor 1) Heater System Malfunction

I had the same fault pop up on the weekend, made the car feel quicker for me too when I changed it, so probably not your imagination.

I have ordered one of these from rock auto and it's been shipped and on its way to me but I have fixed the problem, it was the plug loose so all I needed to do was clip the plug back in place,I have one of these plugs brand new for sale if anyone is interested please get in touch. Will be posting it in the for sale section in the next couple of days.
