Fifa vs Pes

I always saw it as pro evo was when you had your mates round for a laugh and fifa was when you wanted to get serious and play properly. But so many people are now saying its the other way round :?
whats everyones view?

Gotta be Pro for me, not sure why never got on with fifa, had every pro though since ISS on nintendo

i bought the latest offering of pro evo and am not impressed with it, played latest fifa and it seemed a better game to play

I have played PES for years and I have to say the latest version is dissapointing. The problem is PES and FIFA have both got into the marketing releases. This means the same old poo engine from the PS2 days with nicer graphics and a few tweaks. I would rather wait 2 years and get the offside decisions done properly - drives me insane
