Hi all,

I just recently got a J's Big Bore Throttle body and was wondering how easy it is to fit. Any there any hard bits i should be aware of? Also do the coolent pipe connect up to it?

Cheers,

Steve

As per other thread for the coolant pipes

Fitting is a Piece o Pi$$

again, IVTEC cover off, unclip the throttle cable and all sensors, remove 2 bolts and 2 nuts, tap it off with a soft hammer.

clean up the inlet on the Intake manifold removing traces of old gasket, refit is reverse of removal

reset ECU

enjoy!

Cheers for the replies mate :)

do you need to blank off the coolant pipes when you remove it - as wont the coolant leak out all over the shop?

Is there any performance gains to be made with these say for example the 70mm throttle bodies? :?
