Nope.

You'll want to get the 06/07 Hawkeye V-lip.

I have one installed on mine, I just went with a cheapie duraflex type to test it out before I throw a Carbon one on, granted that was some time ago now though... I really should just replace it.

It's quite popular over in the US with the RSX guys.

This particular lip works with the facelift due to the curvature of the bumper and the dimple underneath in the middle.

No reason this wouldn't work on the PFL with a bit of modification though... I'd imagine all you'd need to do is cut off the raised area on the lip to help it sit flush to PFL bumper as it's flat.
