Front Number Plate Bracket Fixing Advice

I have just bought from eBay the OEM front number plate bracket for my DC5. I've never seen one before so not quite sure how they attach.

Is it just the one bolt that goes through the hole in the middle of the bumper or are more bolts required?

Not sure I will get the bolt with the bracket so does anyone know what bolt it is or where I can get one from? Do I need a nut on the other end or is the hole in the bumper threaded?

Does the bumper need to come off to attach the bracket?

Any other tips, help, pictures, guides really appreciated. Thank you.

Hole in bumper is threaded, should be anyway. There's two attachment points in the lower grill too.

2 metal threaded tabs slide into the holes in the plastic; I only used these as I had the centre hole filled (when fitting the plate for MOT).
Try Honda (steels Hereford) for the parts, I'm pretty sure the screw are M6 thread (15mm length should be fine) but I don't have mine to check.

You can see the lower points I mean in this photo:

Thanks Mark. I did notice those two lower brackets on my bumper and did wonder what they were for.
