Front Number plate

I put a comment on the post below but sadly no responses! I really like what this guys done to his number plate on the Milano red but wanted to know what I'd need to set it up wise and if its legal in the uk. Cant imagine it is but the laws are getting crazier!

nothing needed to be set. its straight on the OEM mounting holes, same as mine. Legal? dont think so

Nothings legal in the UK anymore so were go with its not lol

You can mount them there without a heat problem and you can legally use motorbike size numbers and letters so it's a lot smaller plate.

If that's the standard plate holes. Where do they all get the black number plate surround from? Is this factory I assume?

I've been trying to contact a company about a US sized plate, with import size stamped lettering
