FRONT SHOCKS

Does anyone know if ep3 ukdm type r front shocks will fit the dc5 also is the steering wheel the same :xcheers:

pre facelift- front shocks will fit but you need civic track rod ends as they are are a different size, (smaller) the rod ends are expensive too (£50+ each from memory)

the rears will fit too but will require spacers on the lower mounts (1mm each side) as the civic is narrower.

why would you want to put civic suspension on a dc5? it won't be as good.

I dont want to. my top mounts are knocking and theres a lot of civics for breaking compered to dc5 so thaught i might be able to use civic shocks to replace my ones but if there not the same i will have to get brand new top mounts or second hand shocks!
and does anyone know if the steering wheel is the same and or will it fit the dc5?

Ok getting mixed messages :? I did a google image search on dc5 and uk ep3 steering wheels and they both appear identicle to me
unless in person close up there different?
