Front Wheel base not even/Square

I'm seeking some advice to do with my front axle/wheels, I have recently put some new works wheels on my teg which i will say now are all the correct et and width all round. (I've double checked)

Fronts 17x9J et38
Rears 17x9J et44

245/45/17 ALL ROUND

Now i know someone will say well et38 won't fit under the front arches unless your planning on running some serious camber but i knew this as i have some 20mm wider front arches on order from fibreworx's.

The problem i have is that the wheels do not sit the same each side even though the car has been aligned after fitting the wheels. Camber was set to -2 degrees but this is how the wheels still sit. (Shown Below)

Passenger side:

Drivers Side:

As you can see (if the images upload) the poke is completely different from drivers to passengers even though the camber, toe and wheel spec is the same. Has anyone come across this before? I'm thinking after a lot of measuring/messing about that it could be either misaligned subframe or a bent lower arm? Any ideas/advise would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Luke

Who aligned it? Surely they would have seen where there was a fault.

trusted friend, he did notice but he couldn't do anything about it. Everything was set the same.

That does look odd, definitely not something bent or a spacer on one of the wheels? Both wheels on with spigot rings (doubt that would make a difference).

Has it had an RSX front wishbone fitted on the drivers side?

Does your mate have access to a hunter alignment rig or similar? (With printout)

If it's an Rsx wishbone it'll make around 8mm difference? Seems to be more than 8mm :S

Maybe take it to a honda specialist? And get there views on it?

mine was the same , played with the fenders a bit to make it a little better but it's not 100% the same..
can't figure out what it is, done the alignement 4 times and always perfectly the same value's both sides, even tested it in another garage..
oem allu wishbones too.. just weird..

Has your subframe been unbolted recently? After taking mine out there's a lot of adjustment in them, could be that?
