Fuel Pulsation Damper Leaking

Hi Guys,

Driving to work this morning and I could smell petrol, assumed it was an injector O ring however upon inspection I could see fuel dripping from the damper on the fuel rail. It wasn't a constant drip, more of a drop waiting to fall.

I've noticed on other occasions the smell of fuel so this hasn't started as of now, regardless of that, has anyone had a similar issue?

Ninja Edit: I do have the RDX 410cc injectors and bigger injectors do causes pulses apparently, but I would have thought "bigger" would be in the 800cc+ range.

id just remove and blank it off.

i dont run the damper and have no issues at all.

Are you running an aftermarket fuel rail Jinis?

I've seen a lot of the aftermarket fuel rails use larger bores so don't need the damper, good excuse to upgrade...
