Changing my gear oil soon. 3 questions:

Where is the gear oil sump plug?

How do you gauge the oil level in the box (ie - how do you know when it's full)?

Is there a better alternative to Honda's Manual Transmission fluid by Silkolene or Motul?

Question 1 - No idea

Question 2 - Usually there is a level plug above the drain plug. So, you unscrew the level plug and refill you gear box. When the oil starts to come out of the hole which the level plug was in its full.

you need to fill it until it drips out of the hole.

I thought it was difficult to buy mtf in small quantities?
