Gearbox Oil

Ive tried doing a search on how much gearbox oil the DC5 should have and it seems a little vague
some are saying 1.5 Litres and some are saying 1.9 Litres

Can anyone confirm which is correct as im going to be changing the oil Tomorrow

buy 2 liters
than u can save it for next time! think it's somwehere between that, not more than 2 liters

Mine virtually took 2 containers of just under a litre each so as above get 2

I changed the gearbox oil on mine last weekend and it took 1.9L

Did mine last week and took 1.7 ish litres and about the same in the 2 ep3's we did at the same time-out. 2 litres as per above can differ slightly but won't be above 2. Suppose how its jacked up could alter the amount slightly. Way more enjoyable than the engine oil plus didn't get ear ache from the wife for using the washing up towel lol

Mine took jus round 1.7 litres so I think u'll be safe enough round that figure..
