Gearbox Oil

Out of interest has anyone ever changed there gearbox oil?
Or has anyone ever topped up the oil?
Mine probably smells like cat p*ss now, just come over from Japan with 30,000 miles and reckon my Japanese Friend has had a few million gear changes!!
Had a Volvo C70 T5 prior to this bad boy, what a difference in handling!! It's like the karts I used to race - awesome!

I changed mine at 30K miles. I used the same Honda oil again. Guy at CPL swears buy it. It made a big difference to gear change smoothness. Cold 2nd gear changes are a thing of the past (but this is partly due to putting the miles on too).

So any particular honda oil? Is there particular oil for gearbox with LSD?

Gear Box Oil

Only use genine Honda Oil.

HONDA MTF 11, Which is available from any Honda Dealer.
