Gearbox soft after clutch change

Hi guys,

I had a clutch changed on my car a few months ago, it's been very soft and a bit odd since- I figured this may go away in time but it hasn't.

It just doesn't seem very sturdy at satisfying to change?

they are pretty soft when theres a new clutch kit fitted, as long as its not engaging on the floor and is working i wouldnt worry too much

The sturdiness you may have experienced prior to the clutch change may had been the result of your synchros having to work harder due to aged clutch not fully disengaging.
