Gears a bit stiff - new clutch time?

I've had a good search on the forum and think its probably time for a new clutch but would appreciate your input.

Had the DC5 2 years now and in the last 6 months all the gear changes have become quite stiff and notchy both when moving and stationary.

Shes done 45k but has been on track 3 times, following each trackday was an oil change and gearbox oil change for Honda MTF3.

The clutch is not slipping but there is a fair bit of travel in the peddle. Bleading the clutch and adjusting the peddle did improve things slightly.

Difficult to diagnose over a forum I know but what do you guys think?

Check the clutch master cylinder for leaks where the triangle metal piece is and pop off the rubber on the slave cylinder that's bolted to the gearbox and check for leaks there,if both are fine then a new clutch might be in need someone else might have more info only had mine a few months
