Hazard Switch

Ok guys in trying to put new head unit it I have broken my hazard switch..... From these pics can someone explain where this copper part should go?

In the second picture you can see you already have one copper part. The one you have out goes in the other side/half. This one acts as a rocker. And co insides with the switch moving in and out.

I had this issue a few weeks ago. It's hard to explain how it goes back. But the copper connector has bobbles on it, they face upwards.
