Head Gasket

Has anybody on here changed a head gasket on the dc5 before? Just wondering how long it takes, and what the jobs like in general? Failing that, has anyone paid to have it done and knows a rough cost?

I work as an engineer so i have all the equipment i need as well as a mechanical brain to do the job. would just like an insight before i dive in :xaiweb1:

Why do you want to change it, K20 head gaskets are quite strong so I'd be surprised if yours had an issue.

me too , unless its failed then theres no benefit to changing,

its not an arse, but you have to remove cam chain, lock cams etc , will take all day i would guess if you havent done it before.
