Yup.

I have spoke to the dealer and there sort of being help.

They said they would try and help me where they can.

However, they did sell the car to me with out a warrenty.

So i am currently getting legal advice though work, and i have adviced them of this. Funny enough though they where fine with that :shock:

So things are starting to look up. Few months and i should be back on the road.

Hope things work out OK, seems from your last post that the dealer is being reasonable about it. FWIW I think you have some sort of case under the sale of goods act - the bits about merchantable quality and fitness for intended purpose. You're doing the right thing getting legal advice. Serious bad luck, its not just Honda's that have issues, on my 3rd Head gastket in my Elise
