Help with hoses connected to know manifold?

Hi guys, I recently changed my standard inlet to a skunk2 pro series manifold and have two loose hoses as there is no holes for them to connect into with the new mani? Does anyone know what these hoses are? And does it matter if they are not connected? if so will I just put a 8mm bolt in it?

The one off the water pump side is the PCV valve, dont block that! Put it to a catch can if you can.
The other one is for the cold start valve which helps warm the engine up, but you can buy delete kits for it.

The Skunk 2 pro series has a port for the IACV valve. It is in the middle of the manifold, at least at my Skunk2 pro series manifold.

With the PCV best to just run it to atmosphere. I drilled the valve out of mine so it breathes properly without the vacuum. Air assist valve can just be left open or you can properly delete the whole system
