Hid4u ballasts

Hi all,

Looks like I've got a ballast down, dipped beam started flickering then off it went, we've had a lot of rain recently so I'm not surprised.

Hid4u do stand alone ballasts, has anyone fitted these rather than getting the whole kit with new bulbs etc? They do a 35w version so I assume this will just replace the oem part?

different connections than oem ballast. Just get the full kit, they aren't that expensive.

As above really.

I got the hid kit for far cheaper than a pair of OEM ballasts. Had to do a bit of cutting and joining of some wires and the ballast was tricky to mount under the light but it works great. Had it fitted for almost 18 months with out any problems.
