Loved the car so much but it was time too move on!
Always loved dc5's since being in a friends one 3 or 4 yrs ago!
Picked up the teg bout a month ago and had the following spec,
01 cw integra, cpack,
Gruppe m Cai,
Rbc intake mani,
dc sports header,
hks hi power silent exhaust,
hondata k-pro,
Spoon front strut brace,
j's racing etd,
rota force grids.
there is more but im drawing a blank right now but they are the mains bits!
When i got the car the kpro was mapped but i was a little concerned about the map as the dyno sheet was like a mountain range!
especially the torque graph, the car was supposed to be making 252hp and 177lbs of torque but i had my doubts,
so this weekend i headed on up to Martin Treacy in Westward Engineering for a power run and to get his opinion on how the car was running and his opinion on the map.
Some pics!
Car made 232hp at the fly and 217 whp
with 166lbs of torque,
Lower then it should be making with a mapped kpro!!?
Martin said the car was running grand and seemed to be in good condition although was running a little lean top end but could really do with a remap to get all the benefits of the mods the car has, flat spots and dips again on the torque curve/slalom :xlol:
So thats my next step a full remap(wont be going to the same tuner who mapped it originally mind you!)
Also have the oem wheels which i wil be having refurbed and sprayed either gunmetal of anthracite me thinks!and wil use them as my summer wheels!
Car is having a full detail this weekend so wil add more pics after that!
Cheers
Kevin!
