how much oil does the teg hold

hi guys as the title how much you guys put it at an oil change?

i think its just shy of 5 ltrs from empty to full and i would change every 6k maybe less if you do alot of trackdays.

From the translated manual:

Specified level:At the time of oil exchange 4.0L
Oil and oil filter:Simultaneous exchange time 4.2L
