i had a bit of a problem when changing gear in high revs, it hard to ingage into to gear out? so it cause it to grind, i have done this couple of this time, would this cause any major damage to the internal of the gearbox?

All depends on how badly you crunched the gears...obviously its not going to be good for it.

I've read somewhere that a tired clutch can cause this

probable tired clutch needs replacing but try changing the transmission oil before getting a clutch as it costs a few bob
but cheaper then a gearbox!

sorted it, the clutch fluid turn green, as they were moist in it, now clutch pedal feels harder and getting into gear in high revs with no problem as the fluid was changed. \:D/
