How to import a DC5?

hi guys i am planning to import a DC5R from japan my self. can u help me out coz i havnt got a clue how to do it. is it alot of hassle and expensive to do it this way or am i best off gettin one from here (Autotrader) but i would like a brand new one. if i want to import from japan what do i have to do?
advices would be much appreciated!
