Hybrid racing shifter springs

This may sound like a bit of a novice question but has anyone got a guide to installing these.

I did use the search button but couldn’t find a guide.

Did you search the DC5 DIY guides part of the forum? There was a guide recently but not sure it was the same springs you mean as didn't read it
