Does anybody know the size and pitch of the IACV screws? These are the star drive ones that hold it together. My ones have had enough as I have been using the wrong tool. (Never had the right one from the start 😔) but if I need to clean it out again then the screws will round off!!

Thanks for any info!

I can't help with the size sorry mate but you need the correct tool (if it will still fit the recess) they sell it in machine mart.

I just used a saw to turn mine into flat heads. Not an option?

Just a thought, but I suspect that you know (and if I understand your query - apologies of not!) that the screws you are referring to are the tamper proof ones a la Peugeot etc that look superficially like a torx?

You have no real option, but to source yourself a set and then be very precise in how you use them. The screws are not that tough and you need to be sure that the tool "engages" properly before you put any torque on.

HTH.
